| Our unit backs onto a large open space which is fun for snow play in the Winter. During the other seasons the open area has some easy bike trails and generally provides a wonderful opportunity to see the various seasons upon the land and give you the sense of space an nature access you'd hope for in a mountain visit. You can sit on the deck or work in the kitchen and still get a glimpse at your kids and your travelmates playing or exercising in that open area. The deck is limitted in its use in the winter, as ....its covered with snow and one must be careful not to linger under the eaves when there is snow on the roofs...but the space behind is still quite accessible for snow play and visible from the unit. |
